That's about the way I feel now too crunchyruchie.  At first I was a little worried because MS got really bad, but now I am more and more convinced and keep telling DD it might not be a boy when she says sister...

hehe im convinced this is a girl and have always wanted a little boy (they are adorable when they are little.. much more feminine in a lot of ways then little girls as they tend to be less brash) ha.. maybe we can swap ;)

Yeah, I think it's pretty funny how "convinced" I am, despite there being any evidence whatsoever! I don't know about you all, but I'm definitely finding out about gender at around 20 weeks, so I'll update you all then ; ) It will be fun to find out what all of you are having, too, if you're inclined not to wait.

Oh, a question: have any of you tried the chinese gender predictor chart? I've read online that it's 90% accurate. In my case, it suggested I was having a boy.

It says I am having a boy but it also says my daughters should have been boys.

DH & I are both thinking this is another boy. I appear to have a lot of testosterone in my system and DH jokes that I'm like a teenage boy. I'm constantly hungry, could happily sleep all day and think about (& want) sex ALL the time. I was the same way with both my boys, but it may also just be how I react to being pregnant.

The Chinese calendar thing did predict both my boys, but I haven't done it with this one so far.

We will wait until the birth to find out, just like we have done previously. For us it is fun to wait, and if I'm wrong about the gender there is no feeling of disappointment etc as I'm just so in awe of this new little person in my arms.

Chinese calendar predicts girl! I checked to see what it would have predicted for my first and it was girl. I am planning to find out at the anatomy scan, so I'll update when that happens. Still hoping boy and still no strong feelings.

Yes definately me too.. there is no way i could wait another 7 months to find out what im having ;)

Last time it predicted a girl for me, and we have a DS.  This time it's predicting a boy.  We'll see...I was initially really convinced we've got a little girl growing in there, but the last week or so I am less "sure".  Maybe just because we have a boy's name we kindof like now?

My symptoms are a bit different this time.  Last time, my skin was wonderfully clear my whole pregnancy.  This time, I am "enjoying" the wonders of pregnancy acne.  Ugh.  Also, I don't think I've got the same testosterone thing as you do Lyann, much to my DH's dissapointment I'm sure.  I have insomnia too, it seems which is not fun.  Ah well...I guess I only have 30 or so more weeks to go before we find out if this little bean is a boy or a girl!  We like to wait as well.  There is no better surprise in the world!

nstewart, I don't know how you could wait so long!  You are so patient!  I, on the other hand, with all of my anxieties, want to know asap so that I can be ready!  LOL.  We will be revealing at 20 weeks I am sure!

I could wait and can definitely see the appeal of finding out at birth, but there is no way DH could, so since I didn't care either way, we found at last time and will this time. My SIL is pregnant right now (due next week so could be anytime) and her and my brother didn't want to find out early either.

I actually wanted to find out when we were pregnant with DS, but it was important to DH that it be a surprise so we kept it a surprise.  And it was such a great surprise we'll do that again!  I didn't find it kept me from getting anything ready.  I had to find gender neutral sleepers, and we painted the baby's room in a gender neutral color ( a really pretty, light, blue green that would have gone great with purple or pink, but ended up going just as wonderfully with blue) and bought one coming home outfit in pink, and one in blue, and had to pick boy and girl names instead of just one or the other (probably the hardest part!).  All it really did was keep me from spending a pile of money on clothes!  And we added a few decorative touches to the nursery after DS was born, like a few pictures and the crib sheet and skirt, etc.  Since he slept in our room for the first 10 months this didn't matter much anyway!  It's good now for us that the room is a gender neutral color because our DS and this babe will have to share the room, so if it's a girl it will be easier to make a gender neutral children's room (not that painting is that hard, but i just don't like doing it!)

I see the appeal of finding out.  As I said, I wanted to myself with DS!

So far, I have had two dreams of having a baby girl. Could just be my subconscious wishes though.

Last time I had no real feelings one way or the other, and ended up with a boy.

Symptoms are much different this pregnancy.

I keep thinking this little cookie is a boy for the same reasons. I haven't had any MS to speak of, and have also definitely gotten friskier in the sack, which is very unusual for me. Now that what nausea I had is wearing off, I am constantly hungry. sounds like a teenage boy to me!

Neither of us have any strong desires either way, and we don;t plan to find out until the babe is born. For a long time I had no idea how I would raise a girl (my mom never had "girl talks" with me or taught me about lady stuff, so I have nothing to go on), but like much of life I am comfortable with 95% winging it. Since we're planning on two and don't care for girly colors, gender neutral will be an easy route to take. Plus we're both Green Bay Packers fans, and as I told my mom, green and gold make excellent neural colors

Hi ladies, I don't have a particular feeling either way but my best friend is having a girl and I would love to have a girl with her. I would of course be happy with a healthy baby. I did go to see an acupuncturist who specializes in fertility and pregnancy and she said I have a "girl" pulse. Has anyone ever had a correct diagnosis of gender based on pulse? I didn't even know it was possible. I got a little excited hearing that but am not getting attached because who knows.

Well, now that we know we are having twins, I still have no feelings yet, but now I am hoping for a boy and a girl. We don't know yet if they are identical or fraternal, but the latter is likely as it runs in the family!

I'm feeling boy vibes. Interestingly, I saw my cousin over the weekend and told her about the baby. Less than 3 minutes later she said she thought it was a boy. I have a girl and a boy and was really hoping for another girl at least in part because I think baby girl clothes are adorable and I have had a hard time finding boy stuff that's not ugly or sporty or both. Really, a healthy baby is my preference, but having had each, I much prefer girl things. Besides, my daughter is constantly trying to dress my son in princess dresses, another girl would give her someone to take that out on besides her brother.

I've completely changed my mind recently and decided its a boy lol.. what reasons does everyone have for thinking it mite be a girl or boy?

I'm with timesway, even though I really want a girl I have a strong boy feeling since last week. I accidently referred to the baby as HE  a few times and then my friends two year old who insists she is having a girl told his mom my baby is a boy. Hmmm. Fashion wise I strongly prefer girl clothes but I will get creative if I have a son. Healthy will make me happy. But I want a girl next time :)

funnily enough my neice who im sure would love it to be a girl felt my tummy and said boy!!also been refferrint to it as a he (weird) was like immediate aroud the time testosterone would kick in..so odd!

My husband thinks I'm having a girl, but I don't know - I don't really have a strong feeling either way. I have had morning sickness this time, and I didn't with my boy, so maybe that's because it's a girl? Last time I craved pork and this time I don't really have any cravings - maybe a little for sauerkraut. But then again, I was a vegetarian before the pregnancy pork cravings made me give it up and this time I'm not a vegetarian. The Chinese gender prediction test says that I'm having a boy, but last time it said I would have a girl and I had a boy. 

I'd really like another boy - I love the idea of my little guy having a buddy to play with. And I've got a boy name all picked out (Oliver). It's funny, because last time I thought I wanted a girl and I was so nervous about what it would be like to raise a boy. J is just the sweetest, cuddliest, nicest little guy though.

But the girls' clothes are insanely cute. 

I'm definitely going to find out at the ultrasound - I'm practically counting the days. And I'm really happy because the OB told me today that we can do it before Christmas - I was thinking that a Christmas morning gender "reveal" would be so fun!
