It's official!!! Moving to VA Beach!

My husband accepted his job offer today, we'll be moving to Virginia Beach the first week of October!!  We're hoping to find a good Cub Scout group, an AHG group, and AWANAS would be nice for the kids.  We'd like to find a fairly inclusive homeschooling group.  It doesn't have to be a co-op or anything, maybe just friends to take field trips and such with.  We also would REALLY love a pediatrician who is at least not going to lecture us incessantly for not vaccinating.  Oh, and a dentist.  All of whom take TriCare.  Ideas?
