So after plenty of time spent dealing with major intestinal upset and seeing the same undesirable numbers on the scale week after week I have decided to go wheat, dairy, and sugar free for two weeks to see how I feel at the end and how it impacts my hard to move weight. Anyone want to do it with me?

I did this a few months ago and it was a real eye opener.
I'm still wheat free (actually gluten free) and sugar free (well, I do cheat from time to time. but try not to :-) )
The only dairy I eat is yogurt
What I recommend is going off for 2 weeks, and then slowly introducing foods one at a time to see how it affects you.
I now know for a fact that gluten is not good for me, and neither is milk.
Tip: eat a lot of veggies, and quinoa is great too.
