Snozzberry and Broccoli, sounds like great news!!!

I like the logic of "from" vs "inside". Knowing everything is more or less OK on the inside, hopefully you are both able to relax a bit more this weekend.

Hi SilasM -- I have been spotting since a few days after conception, on and off.  It was heaviest in weeks 5-6, and is now tapering off in week 7 (substantially tapering off).  So I am a bit of an odd case -- I started before my BFP, and my BFP really didn't seem to change anything, so I eventually went to the midwife (around 5 1/2 weeks) thinking maybe I had an unrelated infection.  Turns out, no, I just have a "friable" (i.e. irritated) cervix.  I know it is SO hard, but try not to stress, if you can -- I definitely noticed it would increase when I did.  Pamper yourself, do whatever you need to do to feel supported, positive, and loved -- and know we're right here with you.

SilaM, my first day of spotting was at 6w3d, then tapering off for a couple days and more again on 7w1d (that was Thursday) and tapering off again.

I think I experienced round ligament pain today? This is my first pregnancy, so I don't really know what to expect.

I sneezed a big sneeze, and immediately got a horrible cramp or spasm in my uterus area. It was really quick- maybe 2 seconds, but so painful that I couldn't even get a breath in for those 2 seconds.

Is that round ligament pain?

That sounds about right.  A couple of nights ago, I got up to go to the bathroom too fast, and I had to stop mid-step in the doorway to just breathe for a few seconds because I got an awful cramp kind of between my inner thigh and abdomen.

Look at us falling apart from standing up, sneezing... lol.gif
