It seems like everyone [strangers] that comment on my blog, or videos, or in real life all seem to be saying something to the extent of "Oh, most new moms go into labor early". It's really annoying, because that's obviously not true. An unbelievable amount of people have said this to me... I'm so sick of being like, Ohhhh, actually that's not true at all! Has anyone said this to you guys? One girl even would not let it up that I was going to go into labor before 40 weeks. She spent the whole 30 seconds arguing with me until I just gave up and said, "Well, who knows! I'll find out in a few days, right?" Hmph.
Who else is still on the side of this DDC that isn't holding a newborn yet? I feel like these past couple of days it suddenly changed over to be the minority of us.
I went 4 days late with DS.. No one told me that first time moms go early but when my MW did a VE at 37 weeks I was at 4 cm and she thought I would go early, but he had a little more info to guess on than complete strangers lol It's good that you are planning on going late, I think it really helps when/if your EDD comes and goes...No baby for me yet either, I am starting to get anxious and just tired of being pregnant but it's all so surreal... I can't imagine having another baby, especially when DS is still a baby in so many ways. I had a horrible migrane yesterday that is still lingering so yesterday I was nauseous ad just had a bad day altogether. Hopefully the weekend will help me to relax and have a baby!
Monkey Keeper - I hope this is it for you!
Help007 - good luck! I can't wait to read your birth story
