at Old Navy until 9/26. I didn't need maternity clothes until well past 20 weeks, but this time I need them already. The sales are pretty good so I just wanted to share!
Yep, exactly. I really hate to being able to try something on before buying it because I'm kind of a goofy size (different size on top and bottom) etc. Neither Old Navy near me have *ANY* maternity clothes at all :(
I also dislike how they change thier sizes... I have a sz M top from when I was pg with DD (7yr ago!) which you would think would fit well - as I havent changed size THAT much- but apparently the muscle I put on doing Crossfit in my shoulders and back would put me in a large? for my shoulders? but my chest and belly area - the shirt just hangs :( (I'm 5'6" and about 125lb, which is 4lb down from before pregnancy...) and then, in the store the size SM stuff looked large. I was too annoyed to try anything on LOL!
I am at the end end of March, the 30th, so I am 12.5wk and still in that "impending doom" anxiety stage also so I am hesitant to buy more. :/
Where else might have cute stuff? I personally like fitted tees and those ruched side tops that show off the bump- I feel alot more like "Im pregnant" than "I'm hiding" in them, but ON is the ONLY place I have seen??
They do have great prices, but it's such a bummer that they don't ship to Canada (well, they do, but the duty and shipping is just so much, it's not worth paying those great prices anymore!), which I just don't get, since they do have a Oldnavy.ca site that does, but they don't have a maternity section! One of the stores in town used to have a (albeit small) maternity section, but not anymore.
It's not fair!!! (whining and foot stomping here!)
We're stuck with only more expensive maternity stores. I usually don't mind paying 50$ for a nice shirt, but not one I know I'll only be wearing only 5 months or so.
