Signature changes not reflected

I changed my signature but it's not showing the new information on my posts.  When I check in my profile it shows the new, correct info  and I have saved it but when I post it still shows the old info.  (It still says I am hoping for another sometime soonish but I am now pregnant and due in May.)

How can I fix this?
