What are therapeutic foster parents fostering at level 2 expected to recieve  as far as compensation in NC?and are they negotiated?,and can they vary or are they usually a set rate?

These are questions you can usually ask your resource worker.  I'm thinking you are already licensed since most people don't go into therapeutic care as their first dealings in foster care.

In most places, the level of the child drives the rate.  What qualifies them at a specific level can usually be argued (although sometimes it's really just a matter of telling the child's worker things they are not realizing or seeing as being involved in that child's care... kwim?)
