TTC with the 1st baby.. feeling anxious about the outcome

both my dh & I are 30, and we are ready for a li'l addition to the family. A lot of life-altering changes going on with me quitting job/move to my dh's place (currently we have been living in diff cities for 2 yrs- too long- bcos we couldn't find jobs in the same place), intend to start mba, hoping to buy a house (with just 1-salary), and also TTC.. I do not have issues with all of these happening at the same time- but just feeling overwhelmed with it- particularly TTC part. we are very anxious to start a family & i cannot think of a better time than this- i hope it doesn't get too delayed (waiting doesn't seem to be tolerable any more).. any tips on how i can improve my chances of getting preg?
