Starting off the week at 132. In August I was 145 so I consider this a big change, and I'm really glad! But I would like to get below 130 by November 8, when I'm going to Alaska to see my friend . . . He wanted me to be at a 40 lb. loss (which is my ultimate goal, but if I can be at a 15 - 20 lb loss by the time I see him, I'll be very pleased.
The challenge for me will be losing the weight in a healthy way, not starving myself. I did the "Master Cleanse" or "Lemonade Diet" and it was very effective and changed my mindset - in a bad way - it taught me that I could subsist on very little food. I also felt much more energy when I didn't eat than when I did, which was odd, but encouraging. I need to find food that doesn't upset my body and I can eat without packing the pounds back on.
So far I haven't been exercising at all. I need to get on that. I have every workout dvd on the planet, I'm just fricken lazy. So please call me out on it!!!
