158.5 this morning.  I just started AF, so I wasn't sure if I'd be stuck at 159.5 again.  Or higher...!

Anybody up for a week long challenge???  I challenge everyone, for the week of 11/5 - 11/ 12 to drink at least 64 oz of WATER. Every day.  Lets make those scales move in the right direction!

Great idea.  I KNOW I haven't been drinking enough.

Somehow it seems unfair that I am already coming back to premenstrual time... but definitely retaining water. I was so good this week, even with Hallowe'en in there! But still 161. Here's to a big downward shift this week! Enough already!

Monday weigh in: 149.2! biggrinbounce.gif

YAY! I don't know what I did this week to make this happen but... I am finally out of the 150's zone that I have been in for the past year or so. This is great motivation!

YEA!!!  Water challenge is a go!

I'm 1/3 of the way into my day.  I've had one large bottle of water - 32 oz, so 1/2 way to goal for today for the challenge.  I think I'm going to try for an extra 32 oz since I ran yesterday and did boot camp this morning. thumb.gif

I'm also back to tracking this week for Weight Watchers.  I so want this weight off. I want to feel good.

Exercise plan for the week:

MWF: Boot camp (50 min-1hr)

T: kettle bell (40 min)

Th: cardio with a friend (1.5 hrs)

Sa: cardio (1.5 hrs)

arrrrgh! 153! I can't say I'm surprised, though...

I definitely accept the water challenge!

I did plyometrics this morning. Because I slept for 7 hours out of my day, I had only 48 ounces of water for the day... yeah, I will definitely try to drink more tomorrow. winky.gif

Woke up this morning with puffy hands.  Too much salt I think.  Today I got in 6 cups of water at school then another 4 cups over the course of the evening tonight so I will see what tomorrow's interim weigh in is.  Went walking tonight before and after I voted in our federal election.

Ladies, I think I'm bowing out on this challenge. I feel like I need give up the weight loss crusade and concentrate on eating healthy/working out regularly. The weekly weigh-ins are stressing me out and are pretty much staying the SAME no matter what I try. Grrrr. I guess I wont lose weight till I wean and I don't plan on that any time soon.

Good luck to all you lovely ladies! We are TTC in Dec. so I'll be awhile before I'm back on the weight-loss train! biggrinbounce.gif
