I did U-Jam fitness last night and did only 10 minutes of ab exercises and 10 minutes of stretching. I was supposed to do 20 minutes of HIIT but my turbofire HIIT discs were not working. Weird... Anyways, the ab exercises were excruciating nonetheless.
Also, I just found out the bottles that I use for my water intake were 16 ounces each...not 8. So, I drank 128 ounces of water yesterday. lol. No wonder I constantly had to pee!
