I just finished my ujam fitness class.

managed a dance class on Tuesday

walked quite a bit on Wednesday

managed a good swim on Thursday (1km, with flippers, holding a board, alternating face up and down each lap)

did my own aquatic gym session for 45 minutes in a very quiet semi-private pool today, that was great

tomorrow am hoping to be able to make it to a 2 hours long roller blading class

.... but anyway, am still plateau-ing at the same weight, which i find irritating !!!!

Do any of you use a weight watcher's monthly pass or e-tools? I just signed up for the active-link little widget to help me up my activity.  I just started the 8 day setup phase.  It figures out the baseline of activity and then it challenges me to increase my activity a little more each week over 12 weeks. I am excited about it because I know my activity is the key to weight loss.  I have changed what I eat but my exercise sessions each week need to be more substantial. This blog talks a little bit more about the active-link device.

This week I changed to a standing desk.  I think it is going to help my weight for Monday. I am excited about that.  Each day I have weighed this week has been a little bit less than the day before.

Hey all. I'm sorry that I've been a crappy keeper of the thread. greensad.gif  No good excuse/reason other than I'm tired and stressed.

Working on updating the chart. Will post in a while.

Looks good dmitrizmom. No problem with posting it a bit later than usual.

I haven't been exercising like I should. Things got stressful last week so my main concentration wasn't on exercise..but I still ate healthy so it accounts for something. Although today I went to my bootie blast class.

124.6 We are traveling this week for Thanksgiving, so this wee will be tough.

150.4 today. I really need to get exercise in more often, when I do the weight seems to drop.  Right now I am battling a sweet tooth. I want to eat candy all the time it's making me feel like I am back in grade school. Lol

146.8! biggrinbounce.gif

I went for a run this morning. I watched the sun rise and FINALLY I ran for a straight 15 minutes and was not exhausted at all. Why don't I do this more often? lol. It's probably because DS wakes up earlier than I do most of the time. I prefer to exercise before I start my day.

208     Period almost over, still rings tight so I know I'm still hanging on to some water weight gain. Chocolate cravings gone. Yay!!  After my hockey game, I had a bowl of whole grain cereal w/unsweetened almond milk. Much healthier than the pint of ice cream that I usually have been eating after games.

Exercise plan for week:

Mon- Rest day

Tues- 75 minute early morning hockey class

Wed- 1 hour hockey class, 30 min. power skating class

Thurs- May go ice skating with my daughter

Fri- walking, no league game

Sat- walking

Sun- 1 hour hockey class

242.0

I am just hovering right above 240, and can't quite break through. I can't imagine next week's weigh in will be any better! lol

Well I have a very disappointing weigh in today. 242lbs. While away there was a choice of over priced restaurants or fast food. Guess which my husband chose. I'm sorry I let orange group down. I hope to do better next week.
