Girl or Boy?

Hello all!  This is our first pregnancy and we had our 20 wk ultrasound last week.  The ultrasound tech said it looks like a girl but the "winky" could be up and be a boy.  We want to start buying baby things and decorating but we would like to buy for the correct gender :).  Since this is my first pregnancy I do not know well how to read these.  Could ya'll give me your two cents?  Thanks!

Based on my previous ultrasounds I would say it's a girl. I have 2 boys and a girl and it was pretty obvious. Our newest little one is a boy and you could tell for sure.

Seems to be a girl, but maybe buy more neutral baby things if you can't control that urge to spoil baby before he or she is born!
