What do you know? Meh that's where I'm at right now.

hug2.gif What are the chances that the placenta will still move up at this point?

I had a very low lying placenta with DD at my 20w u/s.  It moved up no problem.  You have plenty of time still!

Is it totally over the cervix?  do you have any u/s pictures that show it? my placenta is also low, but the ancient u/s machine they used for my u/s didn't show if it was over the cervix or not.. just that it was low - they told me since i was only 19 wks and it wasn't centered on the bottom of my uterus (it goes up the front, and even a little on top) there was a 90% chance it would move before delivery ..

We'll just keep the faith.  I'm sure you know that-- especially if it's only partial-- the chances are overwhelming that it will move.

Good to hear, the US tech and Dr that I got referred to were pretty confident that it would move. They just wanted to be sure I was aware that it was where it was and help minimize the risks. I'm hoping it moves I would really like to just do this the way I'm comfortable with but I'm beginning to understand that if it doesn't move I don't have a choice and I want to prepare myself for that. As in not be angry or too scared over it all. After all this has been a long road and nothing can take away from the fact that I will soon be holding a beautiful bb I've waited so long for.

I have placenta previa at this point, but my doctor was pretty sure it will move.  We are actually checking position on Thursday.  It was fully covering my cervix at the last u/s.
