I'm awful at navigating this site, so I apologize if the topic's been covered before. My husband and I loosely follow a NT type diet (soaked grains, raw dairy, grassfed meat and eggs, fermented veggies) but I'm 21 weeks pregnant and dairy has totally lost it's appeal. Not only that, but it seems to make my stomach queasy and my skin break out. I eat plenty of meat and good fats, and don't eat sugar (besides assorted fruits), so I don't think it's any of that.
Do you have any ideas for maintaining a healthy pregnancy-friendly NT type diet that is also dairy free? What are some good snacks and meals? Thanks in advance!
