Hey...it sure seems quiet in here!
Just wanted to say hi. I'm straddling both May and June boards, since I have a guess date of 5/31. And, I'm thinking it will probably June when dc #2 is born. Figured I would pop in and say hi!

Its there anyone else expecting a June babe yet?

Hi there.

So excited to see the group up and running!

I imagine there will be a formal place to check in with ED and all that, but for now...

My EDD is June 8.  This is our 5th baby.  We have been TTC for 6 months.  I'm nursing my 17month old daughter.  I have 2 sons (7 and 6) and 2 daughters (3 and 1.)  I'll be 40 in January.  DH is 42.

I'm looking forward to a great group here.

I'm still in a FB group with my last Mothering DDC group.

Hey all!

I see I'm the first one here working on #1 smile.gif. My EDD is June 5 and we've been TTC for more than five years. This baby is the result of IVF cycle #2. I'm 31 and DH is 45; we've been married 5 years (6 in January). I am so excited (even if I am also tired)!

Hello,

I am pregnant with baby number 5 and our EDD is June 1st, according to my charts.  I have yet to see a midwife or OB as I am still on a search to find someone that I can use since this baby will be my second VBAC.  I am 36 and have been married for 15 years with 3 girls and one boy.  My children are nearly 14, 12, 8 (my lone ranger as we call him),  and 3 1/2 in November.   I am happy to be hear and look forward to learning and sharing with you all.

Warmly,

Karen

I'm with you OP, due 5/31.  I was over 2 weeks late with DS so I'm guessing I'll probably go in June.

Hi all,

I'm due baby #1 on 5th June too :-) Not really sure how this all works!! Where to start, when to see a dr etc. I actually don't have a family dr yet, so any recommendations in the SW/beltline for the pregnancy progress checks would be appreciated :-)

Congrats. Typically the doc will see you for the first time between 8 and 10 weeks based on the date of the start of your last period. I'm on the left coast, so no recommendations for docs. You might want to post a recommendation request in your regional tribe on the forums.

hey all just another h'allo from someone looking at late May early June.... this is #2 earthside (praying we get to meet it earthside) and have had a few womb angels. This one seem ready to come into this world, serious business it seems for this one (I found a deep spiritual connection in my pregnancies and will reference this a lot but don't necessarily think every one will subscribe to my beliefs love.gif)

I am a certified birth doula and have a number of midwife friends, this time around I see a homebirth on a sunny day when it is warm out.  even my earth angel didn't make it to full term so I am wishing I get to know full term pregnancy or even post date dizzy.gif crazy I know!

It is exciting to be sharing this with a group while knowing and honoring the tender truth that not all of us will make it the whole time together. candle.gif dust.gifgoodvibes.gifcandle.gif <---- this is my good vibes mojo magic to us all for a healthy journey.

I just found out I'm pregnant with #2. Our son is 27 months and we hadn't planned to start trying until Jan/Feb. Apparently my IUD and higher powers had other plans and despite having an IUD in place, I found out I was pregnant! There are many more risks because of that and we'll be doing lots of followup appts over the next few weeks. The IUD was removed today and I go for an U/S to check for ectopic or miscarriage caused by the iud removal tomorrow.

Long story short, apparently this baby had other plans and wants to come into this world! We've also had one loss before and hope that despite not being in our original plans, this baby will sit tight and ride out the whole journey :) I'm due June 4th.

Hi Everyone,

Just found out I'm pregnant with #2 and EDD is 6/20/13.  I have an almost-eight-year-old son.  Planning a homebirth.  Would love to chat with other moms interested in cloth diapering, EC, extended breastfeeding, etc.

Sorry...double post!

Hi everyone! I'm expecting #3. We have a 10 and 6 year old (will be 11 and 7 when baby arrives) so I feel like I am a first timer again :) My EDD is June 10, which is perfect as I have an educator schedule and we are done just a few short days before that! This baby was a very welcome surprise. We were planning on maybe trying in a year, but I guess someone else had bigger plans for us!

Hi, I couldn't find the welcome thread so sorry if this is the wrong place. I'm expecting #3 around June 3rd. I have a 5 yr old girl and 3 yr old boy and we aren't finding out who this little one is til s/he makes their appearance. We live overseas and have been in the states for 5 months. We're heading back to our home in Central Asia on Thursday so I thought I'd reach out to this online forum as even though we don't always have electricity where we live - we have decent internet :) and I appreciate hearing from other moms who are in similar stages. We had tried to get pregnant for 5-6 months, then took a "break" and due to some health issues my hubby had had, thought that maybe we just weren't going to be able to have a third (I was one of those freaks who got pregnant the first time we tried with our first two). Well, apparently we just needed some time in the states to get things going because we were here for a month when I discover I was pregnant. We're really excited. I'll look forward to checking out the other threads and hope that everyone is feeling good despite the round ligament pains we're probably all experiencing at this point in pregnancy :)

Hello! I just found this group and joined today so thought I'd do my intro. I'm 36 and expecting my first baby. He's almost a honeymoon baby (conceived right after our honeymoon ended:)). We are due June 9th, but the last sonogram showed a June 1st due date - guess he must have grown a bit fast. And we found out on our last doctor's visit that it is a boy. :)
