Thank you, Abra! I was looking into fermented foods before (like kefirs) but I stopped when I couldn't get any kefir grains.

You can get kefir grains on Ebay for cheap.  I paid $6 (with shipping and all) for my water kefir grains and $10 for my milk kefir.  There are other places online that you can get them from too if you don't have an Ebay account.

That's awesome!

Conner says, "Mama. Dada. Cat. Dog. Hi. ByeBye. and Hotdog." Still not standing unassisted for more than 2-3 seconds, but he walks just fine holding on to my fingers and/or using furniture.

I had my first heart stopper the other day. I was going pee when I heard CRASH. I go running in to the living room to find Conner sitting in the middle of the broken Betta tank... Screaming bloody murder. (I'm guessing he pulled it off the table). My pants were still around my ankles at this point, LOL. I grab Conner, check him for blood, don't see anything, lock him in the kitchen, then go and save the fish (Who's still alive, to my surprise). After that, I had to hold Conner and console him for a solid 10 minutes to get him to calm down. =( I then spent 30 minutes freaking picking up all of the broken glass and rocks and water and decorations. O_o

I'm glad Connor is ok! That is funy though. If a baby is going to do something sneaky, it's always while their mom is trying to pee.

I'm glad he and the fish are ok! Shay's been after the aquariums forever.

They do seem to go nuts when we potty.

Shay says Bama Lol, we don't talk politics that much, not sure why he's so political. Kidding. He does say BaMa, I think that's when he's talking to both Baba and Mama. He is now a pretty fair walker but he has very little to say yet. He uses 5 signs for about 13 ideas. My favorite sign is dancing to ask us to turn on music.

Sora woke up today saying "booga booga" over and over (like ooga-booga without the ooga) LOL! I have to keep her doing this until Halloween. She'll be the coolest baby on the block.

Glad everything turned out okay. I was LOL'ing at the "pants around the ankles". By the time I read that, I knew everything would have turned out okay. haha lol.gif

Anybody else here use the Diva Cup? I bought one months ago but never got around to trying it out until this cycle and I am loving it. How did I not know this thing existed before?! I have no interest in tampons again. For real.

I love my Diva Cup. I started with the Keeper 10 years ago, switched to the Diva Cup after DD was born. Good for you that you got the hang of it right away - it took me 6 months to really figure the whole thing out, but it was so worth it. When I was sick recently, I got AF on the weakest, most feverish day and so was using my leftover postpartum pads, and it was horrible. It was such a relief when I got my strength back and could use the Diva Cup again.

I've never used a DivaCup, but wouldn't mind giving it a try after my cycle returns.
