want a home birth or bithing center birth

Hello,

I pregnant with my second child. With my first I had to have an emergency c section and was told I HAD to have a c.section with this birth. I am not for that, so I was wondering if anyone knew of any midwives they would recommend or even a birthing center in the Charles town wv area. Thanks!
