I am either coming down with a cold or experiencing seasonal allergies.  Do you guys take this while pregnant???

My mw recommended it to me while I had the flu! I used it and didn't have any reactions to it?

I took it while we traveled in the earlier part of my pregnancy. Seems to have helped keep me healthy, and baby liked it ;-)

Great news!! I thought it was fine to take. I'm feeling like it's just allergies, but am taking it anyway since I'm 38 weeks tomorrow. No desire to be sick and laboring..... greensad.gif
