Child with soy & dairy allergy

I am having such a hard time finding items and recipes that are soy AND dairy free... If anyone can help me it would be greatly appreciated... I am having an especially hard time finding bread & tortillas that do not contain soy

I would recommend you learn to alter recipes and make your own. Maybe others can recommend breads, etc. My son has problems with sugars, artificial flavors, colors, and sweeteners, too, so that adds to our difficulties. Try Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, or a smaller natural food store. Take time to read ingredients.

Vermont Bread has good bread items, but they are delivered fresh, so there is a limited region where you can buy them in stores. I'm not sure if they can be shipped. I think I got the name right. Their products are no longer available in our area.
