6 yo with growing rash on face weeks after sickness

Ugh, looking for natural solutions? Help? We all came down with a fever and feeling awful a few weeks ago. The only one who got a rash was my 6 year old. It started the size of a dime, but over the three or so weeks has taken over her whole cheek. It is dry with small bumps inside the overall circle. I will take a pic if it would help. Since she's not been itching it I've just left it alone thinking it would go away, but at this point I'm wondering if I need to do something.

Is it potentially a post-viral rash?  I'm not sure if they take several weeks to show.  A week, possibly.  A picture might help!  You might also want to post in one of the expert forums here at MDC:

That's what I figured it was, but the fact it has grown over the last three weeks is what concerns me. She's asleep now, but I'll take a pic tomorrow.
