Are teething tablets safe to use now?

I have an almost 4 month old who is experiencing teething pain. I used teething tablets with my first son but heard there was a big recall a while back. Are they safe to use now?

Thanks,

Christine

Hylands did have a recall a few years back over issues with the amount of Belladonna being used. They are now back on the market. Homeopathics are fda-regulated and they are the ones who started it so I assume the issue has been taken care of since they are allowing them again.

They were never unsafe, don't worry. Before, there was no FDA regulation. Once FDA regulation came about, Hyland's had to take the product off of the market until it could be tested since the FDA had not regulated it before. Once they completed the testing, it was put back on the market. There wasn't anything wrong with it, they recalled it for legal reasons. It's safe to use. :)

I've always been comfortable using the teething tablets.
