Maybe someone has experienced losing a lot of hair. What helped you restore it back? I had it bad before pregnancy, however, pregnancy made them really strong, thick, and shiny. Now it doesn't just fall, it's also faded and tangled. I take a multi, has been taking a green supplement for a long time. Any advice? I am assuming it might be a mineral deficiency, but I don't know. Thanks bunches!
