One of the most amazing moms I see in practice gave me a necklace on Friday of a Phantom Quartz. It stands for:

It's so fascinating because it hits home on every level. Long term venture with unclear outcome to me symbolizes the baby's birth (section or natural). Unborn children (duh). Tissues/organs deep within the body (my reproductive system). Encourages people to talk about deeply buried sorrows (the guilt/frustration I've felt around my previous two deliveries).
Isn't that interesting?? It's a beautiful necklace and I've been wearing it each day since receiving it.
