Lip and Tongue Tie - Need Help Finding a dentist in the pacific northwest who treats without...

Anyone aware of dentists in the Pacific Northwest (prefer Canada, but can travel south...) who perform laser dentistry and also treat lip and tongue ties?  I'm looking for someone to perform a revisions of 11 month old dd2's lip and tongue ties.  Dentists around here all seem to require it be done under general anaesthesia :-(

BTW, I thought most of the time clips were done by ENTs, not dentists?

I think I found one!  Dr. Jimmy Chan in North Vancouver, BC.

Anyone had any experience with him treating their babies/toddlers?
