Ways to thank our food?

I would like to hear how you thank your food?  Do you have a little poem or quote or prayer that you say over your food before you eat?  Etc.  Please share! :)

I learned this in Waldorf school at age 9 and still can recite it :)

earth that gave us all this food

sun that made it bright and good

dearest earth and dearest sun

our thanks to you for what you've done

blessings on this meal!

The Waldorf school my dc went to preschool at was similar, but slightly different 

Earth who gives to us this food

Sun who makes it ripe and good

dear earth, dear sun we will not forget what you have done

blessing on our food and blessings on our friends (family)

I think they are both lovely.
