So easy to make up your own recipe! I don't know amounts but mt basic recipe is just nuts & dates. From there I create a variety....almonds, walnuts, chia seeds, sunflower seeds, pepitas, dried cranberries, dried mango, coconut flakes, cocoa/carob powder, etc, etc. Start by putting a handful of nuts & seeds in a food processor & mix until mealy, not flour. Add dates and other dried fruits until the batch comes together as a big sticky ball. You can also add nut butters or sweeteners like maple syrup or agave if desired but I never find sweeteners are necessary because they're already so sweet! I like to form mine into small bite sized balls but you can form into bars or even spread it in a pan. Refrigerate until cold & enjoy!
