Oh yes indeed. Bacon=the King of All Meats We'll be soooo happy when we can bring bacon back here. We miss it terribly .

I keep coming across how coconut and coconut water have good vitamin and mineral content, including iron, but I haven't pinned down specifics yet. We eat coconut and drink coconut water like it's going out of style so hopefully that's a win for us! lol

I thought it was that coconut water has electrolytes in it.  I'm not sure but I drank some during and after walking 13 miles a day for 2 days in the Avon walk (against) breast cancer, and I didn't feel sore at all.

Nice! I just know coconut is a damn miracle and we eat some kind of coconut everyday, use it on our skin, in our hair, I use it to oil pull, etc. and so on. It's just so yummy and makes us feel so good.

I remember what else I was going to say lol. Just that I liked this link b/c it had all the protein amounts listed right there so I didn't have to hunt for each individual thing. Plus, it gave me more ideas.

Man, I hate it when I forget stuff .
