Open-minded Pediatrician in JHCP Network

I'm a Hopkins employee and will be forced to choose a Pediatrician in the Hopkins network by January 2014.  I have an intact son and am a strong believer in delayed/alternative vaccination scheduling.  I have been very happy with Dr. Tellerman for the past 2 years and am sad to have to change practices.  Does anyone have experience with any of the Johns Hopkins Community Physicians Pediatricians?  I'd prefer stay within Baltimore City.

I have EHP and my child is with Dr. T.  Are you just needing a dr. who takes EHP, or am I misunderstanding?

If you do have to switch, you might just explain the situation, and ask Dr. T for a rec.  I know he works with many Hopkins-affiliated drs and obviously has been practicing in the area for a long time.

We live in Baltimore City and have EHP.  We see Dr. Stern in Highland.  It's a hike, but we don't go often and I like having a doctor who respects me to make the decisions for my children.

After January 2014 under EHP we will have to see a Hopkins physician for outpatient care or else be subject to coinsurance of 10% plus deductible. I plan on staying with Tellerman as long as possible and hoping something can be worked out. I just wanted to see if I could get a good rec for a Hopkins pediatrician just in case.
