Help me make dinner tonight!

I have a bag of Harvest Grains blend from Trader Joe's that I am trying to finish off. It works best in soup, since the grains don't completely cook at the same rate.

I have kale, green beans, maybe a zucchini, butternut squash, acorn squash, potatoes, sweet potatoes, cabbage, one red pepper, and likely a few other seasonal veggies in my fridge.

I have beef, vegetable, and chicken stock.

Meat-wise, I have eggs, chicken, sausage, and I'm pretty sure I have some beef cubes in my freezer.

I have a lot of the standard pantry staples, and lots of seasonings.

My brain is fried, I'm usually good at coming up with hodge-podge meals, but for some reason I can't make up my mind about anything today!

Recipe suggestions, please!

I know it is the next day but I probably would have thrown together a soup with the grains, kale, sweet potato, red pepper, and sausage. What did you end up with?

I did soup with the grains, kale, carrot, and frozen lima beans from our summer harvest that I found in the back of the freezer. We ate it with a rotisserie chicken and baguette that I picked up on the way home. It was delicious!
