Is anyone using a exerciser to tone kegels for pregnancy?
I ordered one of those Laselle exercisers, the same one there was a contest for on mothering a little while ago, only I really dont get how to use it!
I checked the articles on the website but I need more help
Im not sure exactly how far it's supposed to sit inside, if I leave it "2cm" in as recommended, it pops in and it hurts to leave it just inside a bit. it still hurts no matter which position!
