Buying used diapers- how to strip?

I am buying some used AIO diapers and want to know how I should strip them.  I stripped mine between DD1 and DD2 with dawn, but since these are used and I don't know the people or how they treated them, I want to do some serious stripping before baby comes in Feb.

I have read that taking them to a laundromat to get super HOT water is a great way to strip (and seems super easy compared to the dawn treatment I did.) what else can I do to prep these diapers for my new babe?  Bac out?  Vinegar?  Bleach?

Thanks all you experienced mamas!

For every lot of used diapers I've purchased, I turned my water heater up for super hot washes, then bleached and stripped with dawn, running full washes until I saw no soap bubbles during agitation. I'm sure it's actually overkill, and could damage elastic and pul if done regularly, but I felt much more comfortable with used diapers after sanitizing like this.

So you used dawn in the washer?  How much?  I did my dawn laundry by hand.... it was a PAIN.

I have a really old top loader hooked up in our unfinished basement, so I don't worry too much about it. If you have a newer machine you could skip the dawn, enough hot water washes would probably work the same. When I do use dawn, I just add a squirt, no precise measuring for me.
