Cockroach pesticide or medicine spilled all over my eyes, what should I do?

Hi,

I hate roaches, and of course I saw a HUGE one, and I tried stepping on it, but it was faster. So, I proceeded to pour some cockroach medicine on it, I was supposed to buy

a spray "thingy" but I never got around to it. This thing is super potent. I was trying to open it up really fast before IT would escape, and my thumb went in deep, I splattered it

all over the floor, and my eyes, skin, etc.

So, should I worry about my eyes? I rinsed it out with water, but I am still worried, I have

heard of women having miscarriages because their feet touched some, and it was less quantity, compared to the concentrated amount I dropped everywhere...

Anything I should do? I have a huge headache now :( And I am worried...
