School exceptions for non vaccinated kids in NE

We are going to be moving to Omaha at the end of this year and my kids (12,10, 6) are not vaccinated. Doing an exemption in mn is easy, just need a notarized signature. What is required in ne? Any experienced would be helpful. Thanks, Micky
