Chiropractor was awesome! « Back to Group Discussions

I finally got to go to the chiropractor the other day and it was awesome. I was so out of alignment, I am so glad I finally went. I will be going every 2 weeks until I give birth and the most amazing part is that she is going to come to my birth and adjust me while I'm in labor! My last baby got stuck so I am really excited about being able to get everything in line one final time before baby gets here. And she actually just had a homebirth herself in August so we are even like minded! She showed my husband some things he can do to me at home to help keep me in good working condition. I just had to share because I am so very happy and excited that I went in and it went so well.

That is so awesome! I can relate, I would be in terrible shape without my chiro. He helped me figure out the root of my migraines that plagued me during my last pregnancy and for years after. I've been once to twice a week for an adjustment for the past few years and continued it during this pregnancy. His adjustments help my hip pain and help me sleep better, with the heartburn that has started to be a problem at 26 weeks. I take my daughter and DH in too for adjustments. Our health has improved so much with chiropractic. And he turned me on to a local community acupuncture center to complement and was a godsend for sleep and nausea in the first trimester.  I could go on and on!

So glad you are feeling good too and will have chiropractic support in your labor!

That's great!  I don't know what I would do without my chiropractor either...he's been essential in all my pregnancies to keep me comfortable and as pain-free as possible!  It sounds like you have found a really great one....hang onto her! :)
