8 weeks "flu like" symptoms « Back to Group Discussions

Anyone else feel like they were hit by the plague? Yesterday and all night I felt like I had the flu/stomach bug- from being really unsettled, uncomfortable, tired but not able to sleep, achy, dizzy, nauseous (goes without saying), just overall icky and feeling like I needed (TMI alert) to use the bathroom all the time but not having anything to go?

No one around me has the flu and it seems very much to be a special treat this pregnant momma gets to enjoy (*joy*)

If it's a stomach flu/bug you need to be careful.

Thanks, I am feeling better. My friend (a midwife) told me double your protien ans see if it helps. I did and feel 100% better.

I've been going through this off and on, I hate it! Before I found out I was pregnant I thought it was the flu, too! More rest and water and eating better seems to help.
