It was nice, thanks. We opted for Red Robin since it was close and there was a snow storm heading in. It hit the spot, but I'm a little sad to realize that my stomach is shrinking already as my burger totally left me stuffed (normally this isn't the case). Oh well. I'm hoping that I can con DH into another dinner out this weekend since we went to low key. We'll see.
Melany - sorry to hear about your dog. I hope they get things figured out soon. I have an 11-yr-old cattle dog mix who has really started showing her age over the past year. No seizures yet, but we did have a scary incident about a month ago where we just couldn't wake her up. We were about to pack up for the vet when she finally came around. Nothing since - just as ornery as normal
. So scary to go through.
AFM - it's been a quiet week. I'm still not sleeping well, but a little better. Now if I could just get DS from waking up at dawn it might help. We've had snow the past few days, which is reminding me that I need to go shopping in search of thicker tops for the cooler weather that it to come. I have a little time seeing it's going to be back in the high 60s next week, but good to be prepared. Now all I need is motivation to get going. I'm not sure it's going to happen today.
We're planning on taking DS to some trick-or-treat things this weekend, so that will be fun. He's going as a train conductor w/a Thomas candy bucket. Not too creative, but it's going to have to work for this year. He loves Thomas, so I thought I'd make the most of it. And, he can wear the overalls even after Halloween is over. That's a big planning ahead for me. DH & I aren't dressing up, but I do have a cute shirt that has a skeleton chest w/a fetus skeleton (sounds creepy when I write it out) on it. I just need to iron the decal on a shirt and I'm good to go! Hope everyone has a good weekend.

Glad your hubby is home soon. Hopefully your dog will stop acting up with his arrival.
