curious regarding prenatal testing. Is there a state requirement on certain prenatal tests you must have performed and is it the same in every state.  And does the laws change if you choose to have a homebirth midwife attend the birth rather then an O/B in a tradtional hospital setting.  I was not aware that you could be forced to have any testing done if you refused. thanks
