PAINFUL NIPPLES AFTER SUCCESSFUL RELACTATION

Please i need help. I weaned my ds at 11 months and felt so sorry for him cos he was still so young, after 2wks, i put him back on the boob. Within two wks, though not like it used to be but there was good milk flow. Now the thing that is almost making me regret the decision is my nipples hurt like ***, no crack, no sore, looks all good but hurts so bad i get worried whenever he wants to feed. It all started 4wks after his return to the boob. Ps any suggestions/help? I can‘t bear turning back now after such progress.

Is there any chance that you're pregnant again?
