moving to Travis AFB. questions on homebirthing and homeschooling in California

My family and I will be moving to Travis AFB in March. We live on a farm in Iowa so I'm sure it will be quite a shock. Any advice or mamas who live there? We are a homebirthing and homeschooling family of 7. I had hoped to be pg again soon so any midwife recommendations would be great. Also anyone a military mama who has dealt with the Dr.s at Travis? We do not Vax and I really do not want to have any more babies in a hospital. I also am trying to learn California's homeschool laws.
