abnormal paller reflex?

Has anyone dealt with this, because I'm super scared.

When I was at the Lymes doctor weeks ago she tested my reflexes and was concerned that they were very irregular and jerky. She also was lifting my leg and noticed it seemed stiff so I paid a visit to my regular doctor who said the same thing..very irregular jerky knee reflex. He was sort of joking about it and said it should go on Youtube, but he did refer me to a neurologist.

Has anyone heard of this? I have tried reading about it but mostly I find scary things that don't really seem to apply to me.
