Well, she made a beautiful entrance at 1:24 this afternoon. She weighs 7lbs 5 oz and is 21" long. Section birth that was planned and went un-eventfully (other than of course having our daughter!!). Skin to skin within 20 minutes as my body temp was really low and so waited until recovery. But breasted right away throughout recovery and she was very patient with me. My BP wouldn't come back up and got very low (72/48) but after a bunch of fluids I rebounded nicely. Will attach pics when I get home this weekend. She is sleeping on my chest and we are both ready for a rest. Talk soon and great birth wishes for all other mamas!! :joy
