Elevated beta-glucuronidase -- What does it mean for DS?

DS's CDSA indicated nothing out of range except for way elevated beta-glucuronidase?  Over 16,000.  What does this mean?  And what causes this?

DS is 9.

There is a history of digestive issues-- guidance greatly appreciated.
