Anyone Else Not Super Sick and Exhausted?

Or is it just me? (Please don't throw things at me with your minds and cuss me out from behind your 'puters! hide.gif or, do innocent.gif .)

I get nausea waves that come and go, generally when I'm not able to eat when I need to. I'm somewhat more tired than usual at times, it also comes and goes. Other than my super sore boobage, especially when DS2 latches on, OMFG! Owwwwww!!!!! And the occasional uterine twinge and/or pull, oh, and the general feeling of being just, off a little, I really feel quite myself. This is so completely and 100% opposite of what I experienced with my other two babies. I was extremely nauseous and beatdown tired all day everyday until my second tri with those two. I think I'm a little more cranky here and there this time around too but that could be from anything lol.gif .

So I'm a little bit freaked out! Not bad but it just seems so weird. Or maybe I'm having third baby anxiety issues or something eyesroll.gif .

I don't feel totally cruddy.  I did throw up the other day, but I think that was because I went too long without eating.  I feel tired at the end of the day, but not exhausted.  There is some nausea there but it seems to be just beneath the surface most of the time.  I also feel generally off a little.  Maybe this baby is just different than your other two.  Maybe it's a girl.  Who knows?

Make that three.  A little "off" but nothing that has been knock-down, drag-out awful.  I am getting the twinges of nausea and cruddy feeling more often than last week, though.  I feel less motivated to do laundry, but I may not be able to blame the pregnancy for that.  :p

I'm throwing things at all of y'all!!! orngtongue.gif

Seriously, though - count your blessings. I didn't have awful symptoms at any point during my previous two pregnancies. I LOVED being pregnant! Hopefully the trend continues for you all. smile.gif

I'm with you too.  Generally I feel fine, and it's weird! I'm happy about it though, since the first two weeks weren't easy.  I'm relieved that I won't have to ignore my toddler for this entire pregnancy, lol!

I hear you BabySmurf. Sooo glad it looks like I don't have to ignore my kids this go around! lol.gif Netflix was going to become my BFF if I ended up so sick, no joke.

SweetMama it looks like we've had the exact opposite experiences with our pregnancies. Maybe they will both be girls this time? I'm so curious what's going on in my uterus with this little one! Can't wait to hear/see that heartbeat.gif .

Espion I'm having the worst time finding motivation to do pretty much anything. Hell, today might be a Netflix day anyway lol .

pokey I've always heard the different pregnancies, different symptoms thing but never thought I'd actually experience that. Since this is likely our last baby this is a pretty nice note to go out on!

Glad ya'll feel good.

I feel great. Just more hungry than usual with more sore breasts. If it weren't for my belly getting bigger I would have a hard time knowing I was pregnant.

That was how it was for me the first time, also I was able to rest when I needed to. This time is NOT like that. I've been kind of at a loss cause I'm not sure how to handle it. Every day I find a new tool to help myself out though so I'm grateful. I was crazy miserable the last few days until I discovered fluorescent lights are a trigger for me. We have one in the kitchen because it has been under a bit of construction, so today we went out and bought a ton of lamps and I've been feeling remarkably better. Enjoy your mellow early pregnancy ladies!

I have to say, I feel pretty good as well. For me, I think it is partly because I am exercising consistently 3-5 days/week. I was SUPER tired with my first but no ms, tired and had ms with my second, and am pretty ok this time. I agree that if it weren't for my new MASSIVE boobs and pudgier belly, I wouldn't know. I have to say though that the thing that bothers me most is ANYTHING around my stomach...even my husband's arm last night gave me a stomach ache. I had to totally unbutton and unzip my pants at a restaurant last night it was giving me such a stomach ache.

It's funny you say that about the flourescent lights. I've noticed that looking at the computer for too long makes me feel more yucky too. So I've been dimming the computer screen (I work from home so I kinda have to be online sometimes).

Alright, I'm 9w today and except for feeling the "offness", a little crabby, and fairly exhausted by the end of the day, I'm not having many symptoms really. Monday I'm going to work on getting my first appointment set up since I planned on going in somewhere b/w 9 and 12 weeks. This has really started to freak me out at times but then I'm good again. So crazy!

Oh, and things have a nasty aftertaste once I'm done eating them, blech! Just had this lovely reminder since I just finished having a little bit of something to put in my stomach a little bit ago.

Ugh! I have that nasty aftertaste in my mouth after putting ANYTHING in my mouth! Even water!!! It's super annoying. It's almost like there is aspartame, or sweet-n-low, or something along those lines in everything that I eat (which there most certainly is not) and drink. Hoping that goes away reaaaaaally soon.

I get the sweet aftertaste, too - and it's gross! Water tastes funny to me....everything does! I got a smoothie the other day and said, "Wow - they must have changed the formula!" until realizing it was likely ME that had changed. :P

I'm feeling better now - yeay! Still morning sickness, but NOTHING like it was a few weeks ago - thank GOODNESS! I'm so, so, SO grateful. (Can you tell?) :)
