How do you deal with the time change? (Daylight Saving Time ending)

How do you transition your baby's routine when the clocks change?  This will be my 9-month-old's first real time change (the spring one she was so tiny she wasn't in much of a routine.).  Do they ever adjust to the new time, or will we just be doing everything an hour earlier until spring?  Just wondering if I need to be doing anything to help her with the adjustment.

I play it by ear. I go with how baby is feeling not by the clock. We have a 7:30 bedtime but around changeover I wait for a day she's really tired to move bedtime up an hour or a day she had a late, long nap to push bedtime back that hour. Our bedtime is an average... Sometimes she needs an early night and sometimes she needs a little extra time to burn off energy.
