Sambucol for flu WHILE PREGNANT

Wondering if anyone knew.  Of course everything online says to avoid and to only take under a doctors supervision (yeah right) blah blah blah. 

 

I'm currently down with the flu.  17 weeks pregnant.

You might want to pose this to one of our MDC "Ask the Experts" forums.  There are a few doctors on there (various types depending on the type you're most comfortable with!) including naturopaths, Oriental Medicine, etc.

This is probably too late for you, but my ND said it was safe for me while pregnant/nursing and also OK to give to my children.    You may want to ask for yourself, but I am comfortable with using it.
