Just posted this on FB, but thought I'd repost here too for the non FBers:

This is the mei tai I made a few days ago that I was telling you all about! It's lined with flannel for the winter and has a secret pocket on the inside for an emergency diaper if I need to go somewhere quickly. The shoulders/waist are padded too. I *never* sew, so this was a big feat for me. haha It was made with a feed sack from the farm I've been living on, so cost: $0!

So I also posted this on our FB group but can someone tell me at what age/signs do you stop the froggy/newborn carry in the Mei Tai (talking about front carry here) and start letting their little legs stick out? I can't remember from last time. I'm using a BabyHawk.
