The first time (DD2) I just used a wide ace bandage. The next time I got an ITA-Med binder, the 12" so it sort of covered my hips too.  I didn't want to fork over the money for a Belly Bandit because of the size changes, and I found that one to be really effective.  I had bad diastasis with #2 and sort of with #3 and it really made a difference, and I had a pretty flat belly really quickly after birth.  (and I was MASSIVE with  my giant dino-sized son!)

We plan on this being our last. I don't know if I'm really doing anything different though. Just trying to enjoy it all :)

:)  We are the same way! 

(I just came to the harsh realization over the last year that I may not have more, and then we were given this one, and so I feel like I have to be realistic from here on out instead of continuing to picture myself having many more children.)
