5 mth old up every 30 mins....seriously!!?

Just wondering if anyone else has a baby who is up every 30 mins or so during the day and night. DS seems to be out cold, but once I leave the room, he's up again looking to nurse before I have time to throw a loa of laundry in...or even pee! He does this even if I stay in bed with him. During the day, he'll nap only in the sling, or in bed attached to my nipple. Please say i'm not the only one with a LO almo permanently attached to their breast!

We've gone through several phases like that. During teething, big developmental spurts, etc. Hang in there, you are not alone! "This too shall pass."

Sadly, DS never napped alone, I either had to be nursing or laying down next to him or both.

This happened with my oldest and it turned out to be a food allergy to when I ate dairy or gluten.  Once I cut those out, she slept much much better.  She never ended up having any food allergies herself or else she outgrew it before she started eating those things after one year.  

Those months before I figured it out were so utterly exhausting.  Hope you get some sleep soon!
